Aside from the wealth of great knowledge the staff has about all things related to fishing and the great selection of everything in store, I could tell they take pride in helping every person that walks through the door. In fact a lot of people were in & out while we were there. With each person that walked in they were greeted with a welcome & “how can we help you.” One gentleman came in with a request to spool line into a reel to keep twists & folds from happening. I was ‘reel’ impressed when they hooked it to a machine & made it possible. I could tell they were passionate about satisfying that gentleman’s needs and addressed it in a prompt manner to help him achieve his ultimate fishing goals. After he left with a smile I asked the staff “Do you offer anything else? That was amazing!” I was told they are working on getting Kayak/Paddle/Inshore/Offshore/fly trips & events going again after covid clears up.
